I kind of hate how badly I want Harvard. It stopped being healthy a long time ago.

Seriously, agreed with this, I think about the HLS possibility too much. And try not to talk about it outside of TLS for several reasons. C'mon, LSAC, give me a solid test I can destroy in 2 weeks.

Anyone else having trouble finishing their personal statement? I'm not sure what 'perfect' would even look like but I can't seem to settle on anything. Once that's done I can go ahead and submit but I find myself extending my made up deadline over and over.

At the top of the page (for everyone who hasn't gone complete), does it say "Once we receive your CAS report..."? Isn't the CAS report the law school report? LSAC says they've already sent it.. Is it just taking a while for them to process that they've received it? I'm particularly confused because they've got my list of recommenders w/ check marks next to all of them, which makes me think someone has already processed my report.

Yeah, that's how mine was and it just went complete today. I think it takes several days for their systems to process the CAS report and then update the status. Definitley wouldn't worry.

If it's any consolation... It's so early in the cycle it won't matter if you even wait another month.

Just in case anyone was wondering, last year the first applications went complete on October 10th, and the first round of JS1 invitations were sent on October 31. That's just a 3 week turnaround, so things could start getting real very quickly.
