Misread your question. You're asking if everyone will have some sort of decision by ASW. Yes, I think the final reject/waitlist round usually takes place the week before ASW.

Got trolled hard by Harvard this morning. Usually I check emails from my phone half asleep. Saw the Harvard email this morning and jumped with glee expecting a JS1. It was just an email letting me know I went complete, three days after the status checker had already updated =/

I kind of think today or tomorrow is really likely for dings, and I'm personally hoping for today (just for some excitement!)andapieceoftoast wrote:On a less hopeful subject, dings/WLs today???

Re: Harvard, C/O 2017, Applicants Thread (2013-2014)
From what I've read that seems to be fairly unlikely, but who knows. Usually JS1s at least make it to March/April, with a sizable portion getting put on the WL instead of outright dinged. It makes sense when you think about it. There will only be 350 JS1s who don't get accepted, and when you consider the size of the WL, it doesn't make sense to ding that many JS1s as opposed to holding onto them for a while. There is something they like in the JS1 folks, so they're usually the last to get dinged for the most part.andapieceoftoast wrote:Thoughts on the likelihood of them dinging JS1s this time???barrelofmonkeys wrote:I kind of think today or tomorrow is really likely for dings, and I'm personally hoping for today (just for some excitement!)andapieceoftoast wrote:On a less hopeful subject, dings/WLs today???

Re: Harvard, C/O 2017, Applicants Thread (2013-2014)
I just took a look through last year's thread, and I saw that at least one person who had a JS1 and then was rejected in the 2/7 batch. There were also a number who had JS1s and were held.lawschool22 wrote:From what I've read that seems to be fairly unlikely, but who knows. From that, I would think we could see our first JS1 rejects in the next batch, but like LS22, I don't think there would be many at all.

As a completely uninterested party (HA jk) -- I like these two answers.barrelofmonkeys wrote:lawschool22 wrote:

Well there has to be a decent number of unissued JS1 offers still in the bank, because there are still people who will take the LSAT the day after tomorrow who will apply (and God knows how many 180s they will produce).yossarian71 wrote:Realistically, how many JS1s do we think are left?chneyo wrote:What up, Crimson? Anyone else HLS or bust? I mean, I put in apps to YLS/SLS/others etc... but I just can't think of anywhere I'd rather spend the next three years than Cambridge (New Haven? Overrated. Cali? People there are too happy!).
I prefer my classmates cynical and just generally woebegone.

Of the three, I really think I would be happiest at HLS.
(Now all I have to do is get in..........to any of those three)
