You both just made me feel old.

It's ok witty - you and I can hang out in front of the law building yelling at all the young whippersnappers to get off our lawn...

The ones who are graduating early, or started school at like 4/5, yeah.

Dammit.

The employment is improving definitely at WashU. After the numbers came out I had to hear UT's before depositing. If WUSTL's were better I'd be there. But ultimately I think it is because although they place great into their region (and even quite well to NY/CA) they aren't in any major legal market and the nearby ones are pretty dominated. Chicago has UIUC, UChi, NU and WUSTL for primary sources (as well as ND, IUB). To the south, there's Texas and OK which are dominated by TX peeps. To the west comes CO which CU has a hold on, then Cali markets. Ultimately, not being in a major market I think can be a bit of a hindrance, but the employment is still pretty good and the impression I got from ASW was that people weren't struggling in their job search at all.

You. I like you. (There is nothing unfortunate about knowing the lyrics though)

I'm a LONG time lurker/creeper (creeper is definitely the appropriate word) but I think I'm ready to come out from the shadows and join the WUSTL fun. I interviewed at the beginning of the month and every Wednesday and Friday I'm on pins and needles every time an email comes through. Hopefully today is the day!!

Oh, and all you 90's babies make me feel extremely old. I'm a late 80's baby. Yeah, I got a job in the real world after graduating in '09 and kept going back for more year after year until I knew it was time to get back in the saddle and head back to school. Hopefully I'll be hustlin' WUSTLin' with y'all in the near future.

Just got to work and started reading this thread. I'll be 25 before law school starts. Welp, I guess better start planning for retirement.
