Not a clergyman. I just reached me quota of booze very quickly in life. 5 years ago I traveled across the country for a differenttt law school's ASW. That demon whiskey got a hold of me, though, and I never even made it to the event. In a way, it saved me because the school really sucked, and I'd be unemployed and in debt right now.

Your guardian angel, one might say. If the label starts saying "Retake" towards the end of the night, you know you've run across premium TLS Whiskey.

But seriously that's cool man, drinking ain't worth even minor problems. I didn't all last spring semester because I needed a break. This last semester before law school however, is a break from academics more than anything, so, drinking.

Got my scholarship offer yesterday - the only thing WUSTL has ever sent me to end up in my spam folder.

Mercer Law called me yesterday and gave me a really rushed voicemail about how I should apply, etc. Also witty, you really need to understand that there is an East Coast and that there are states, cities, and schools there...

So you're telling me Mercer is on the East Coast?

I googled it. GEORGIA IS THE SOUTH. IT DOESN'T COUNT.

Now now now, I hate the south as much as the next guy, but GA is PHYSICALLY on the East Coast...

Same here to the voicemail. Very TTT for a school with such a capable bball team

And I didn't know where Mercer was either, and I'm usually an excellent college geographer. Whatever. People sometimes don't know where Wash U is, so that's way worse.

Honestly the voicemail scared me. Like was the building on fire and she needed to make the calls, or was there a murderer in the building, or was she making the call from the men's bathroom and didn't want to get caught?

sublime wrote:So are we doing a similar meetup for the April ASW that we had for the March one? I had a good time and am definitely willing to do it again (esp if at BB Hill or elsewhere on the loop). I will have to defer to the March ASW attendees for this, but it seemed like they had a good time and thought it was helpful. :D

I'd be very interested in a similar meet up!

Just got an unsolicitated scholarship increase! About 10k more a year for a total of 150k, so so shocked right now! And happy!
