accepted today complete Jan. 15th. 168, 3.2.

Anyone know how long from your acceptance you are informed about the tiny scholarship?

UMN offered 90k so I figure WUSTL should be inclined to match them?

Be prepared to be initially disappointed with your scholarship offer. Wash U has been trying out a lowballing approach this year, apparently. Just hang on and negotiate when the time comes.

Congrats on your admittance!

Tool. Pansy. Nerd. Square. Other peer pressure insults.

Just ignore all that Texas nonsense and come hang out with the cool kids at Wash U. We have candy. And boxed wine.

You'd look like that too if you just kissed Wendy Peffercorn, man.

Fair enough! Better than this, certainly. Yikes.

P.S. boo on fools not attending at least one WUSTL ASW. For shame.

I mean, I'm grateful for any aid, but DC is so expensive. If Wash U were to give me exactly what GW is offering, I wouldn't be ecstatic, but I think the money would go a lot farther. I'm interested to see if this Friday brings more scholarship news.

So much this.

Good luck to both of you, and good luck slipping on those negotiator pants and squeezing every dime you can from these schools.

Haha, thanks. Wash U is my first choice at the moment, anyway, (you guys are the most fun to talk with on this forum) but getting a nice merit aid scholarship would make it even more amazing.

This. Can you all just come to Texas instead? KTHNXBYE

And I guess St. Louis is known for their Mardi Gras celebrations. Ranked top 3 in the U.S.
