Same here, below median on both and I thought this was a pretty big reach so I am considering this a mini-win. I am also interested in seeing what the odds and timeline of coming off are.

This fb group doubled in the past week haha. The TLS takeover of WUSTL is huge.

It's difficult for any school to "rank" their waitlists since their needs are constantly changing. There are a lot of considerations...geographic distribution, medians, gender distribution, softs, class size etc....

The best thing you can do to improve your chances is to re-take the february LSAT (or is it already too late for that..?) and/or continue to send letters of continued interest.

I'm not sure who MAC is....and I'm also pretty sure that's not who interviewed me haha. But I do hope to get some good news tomorrow! Did the news come for you guys that quickly? I was expecting like...a weeks wait time or so.

Sounds like my interview. I pretty much just crumpled up my notes when she got going haha. And now WUSTL is one of my top choices.

It's definitely a top choice for me now. I'm sold haha.

I interviewed on Monday afternoon and got an email yesterday. I think Friday decisions are pretty common for them also, so I expect you'll hear tomorrow.

MAC is Mary Ann Clifford, the assistant dean of admissions. I'm pretty sure she has the power to admit on the spot, whereas the other interviewer(s?) recommend for admission.

I interviewed on Friday and got the email a few hours later. I think you'll probably hear tomorrow, if not next Friday (or Wednesday, apparently some people earlier in the thread got decisions yesterday).

I got the email yesterday and mine currently says "Application Complete"



But in really small letters at the bottom, it says "AustinBound did not get in because she thinks Wash U is in Austin"

I've really been sold on WUSTL too. It seems like a school I could really be happy at. Beautiful campus; smart and charming people like y'all. Plus it places reasonably well in the Midwest and Chicago. I just hope I get some sort of money, though I probably won't. I'm below median on both numbers :/ And since I have an offer for half price at Illinois, and I feel like I probably want to work in Chicago, I don't know if a situation is going to present itself where WUSTL becomes the prudent choice. It's really unfortunate, since all things being equal, I would go to WUSTL over any of the other schools I've been admitted to in a heartbeat...
