Thanks! Looking forward to the event next weekend! Anyone else staying at the Crowne Plaza in Clayton?peachesthedoge wrote:chargers wrote:Been lurking on this thread for a while, but until the recent scholly bumps WUSTL wasn't really an option so I haven't posted. I just booked my hotel for the April admitted students event though! Looking forward to meeting some fellow TLS'ers up there. (AKA the last ASW sounded like a lot of fun and I wanna make sure I'm in the cool kids group all weekend )
welcome aboard!

I stayed there for the March one. It's a nice hotel and the free breakfast is pretty nice.chargers wrote:Thanks! Looking forward to the event next weekend! The 1L's have a final during the ASW events. If you guys are lucky you'll be around when we all storm out and head to the bars

Awesome! I only booked it because I got a good deal on Priceline, so I wasn't sure what to expect.Dwaldrep wrote: I stayed there for the March one. It's a nice hotel and the free breakfast is pretty nice.

In the mornings they have elevator attendants. Lol. They also offer an omelet bar and waffle bar with the free breakfast. It's in a nice part of the city. Don't forget your parking voucher, otherwise you'll be paying $10 to get out of the garage. I did that. Lol.chargers wrote:Awesome! hahaha it's okay...you'll shift up over the cutoff once kids transfer/drop-out.sublime wrote:Just take the hour and memorize the shit man.
I just know that I am going to be HEATED if I drop below a cutoff due to some combination of LP and LR.

Sounds pretty legit! Haha I'll be sure to keep that in mind, I appreciate the advice. Would be pissed if I had to waste 10$ just to get out of the hotel.Dwaldrep wrote:In the mornings they have elevator attendants. Lol. And if you park at Wash U and get it validated don't wait until 12:45am to leave...it won't work and you will have to pay the $10 there too.Dwaldrep wrote:In the mornings they have elevator attendants. Do we have a rendezvous point for ASW? I don't wanna hang out with the non-cool kids.

Well us March kids won't be there, so I think you're all stuck with the non-cool kids.couchpizza wrote:Do we have a rendezvous point for ASW? I don't wanna hang out with the non-cool kids.

Hey guys - it's not a competition between march and april ASW. It's clearly TLSers v non TLSers
