In other news, I'm still complete
But I'm reading the nice 100+ book I got from the admissions office. It's making me feel like I already go there. I'm in too deep

Hey Everyone,
Congrats to those who have heard back already and good luck to the rest of you! MLaw is the best. I know it's really early, but I wanted to reach out to you Summer Starters about housing. My landlord is already looking to lease apartments in his building for next year, and if any of you were interested you could sublet my apartment and then take over the lease at the end of the summer! If you aren't looking to live in the Lawyer's Club this is ideal because then you don't have to worry about moving out of your sublet during finals. The apartment is really nice, parking is available and it's less than a 5 minute walk to the law school (on S. Division, just below Packard). PM me if you would like more information!

In at Michigan via snail mail today. I applied umm very early in the cycle, within a few weeks of the apps opening up. Give you a flash drive with a promotional video on it.

Thanks! Nope, I did at first, but then I figured I might as well save my sanity and just wait for whatever news to come as it pleases. I did check my status checker right now, though, and I must say that the status is pretty funny.scotth724 wrote:Congrats! It has officially been a week since Michigan claimed it would send me a status checker in a week. But I have not received one.

Lawolverines!
So I was just accepted, and I'm pretty pumped about it.
Just wanted to stop by, check in, and see if any of you all are planning to attend either ASW.
Also, has anyone asked for a travel stipend?? For me to come to ASW it will be well over $500 for a plane ticket, which might be more than I can afford at the moment. I really want to attend -- the morning jog tour sounds like it'd be up my alley.
Congrats to the other admits and good luck to everyone still waiting for completion/a decision.

Re: Michigan C/O 2017 (Applicants 2013-2014)
Congrats!! I take it you got the email about the admitted students website today, too? I've been wasting way too much time at work on it so far today. I'll probably go to the March ASW, although I'm going to play it by ear a bit, as I'll have to take off work and I'm already going to be missing some in February. Also, it looks like I'm a spring/summer admit, and (assuming I accept my admissions offer) my boss is going to have a panic attack when I tell her I'm leaving a few months earlier than expected.Power_of_Facing wrote:Lawolverines!
