It's not known for being splitter friendly. Under 3.2, probably not.

Above 3.2, maybe.

But you never know unless you try.

my complete date just changed to 11/14. submitted 10/23 initial complete date 10/24. Does this mean I'm under review?

Given the applicant pool, they can't have all ideal applicants, and I'd think they would be quicker to lower GPA standards, than LSAT standards right now.
Granted I'm not saying its a given by any means, I wouldn't be shocked in either case, but I think my odds are better at getting in than getting dinged personally.

Ditto! My complete was 10/25. Review process might be beginning for RD applicants!

Just noticed my complete date changed to 11/12, so that's 2 updates after my initial complete date. No idea what it means, but I wanted to add another data point.

Any word on when the first round of non-ed acceptances are coming or am I late to the party?

They're just playing hard to get.

In other news, everyone who received my previous PM can kind of disregard the part where I expressed doubt Hughes would be around next year. I'm pretty sure it will be, barring some massive disconnect between the law school and the housing office. We got e-mails about becoming an RA and asking for a volunteer to let someone photograph their room for the new housing brochures.

Great news. I'm not 100% I'd like to live in Hughes, but it seems like a good option to have.

Q regarding Dean's Cert: Is there a form on a website somewhere I'm missing? I'm already having a letter drawn up for Duke by my Dean...would that work instead? Read through the thread and didn't see any mention of it. Thanks!

Dean's Certification/Recommendation Form
Hm I never used this form and my application is listed as complete. I called the school and asked if I could have the Dean's office email Cornell directly and they said that was fine.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
