I just went UR3 1/22/. Submitted mid-November... anyone else?

I submitted Cornell later in like early-November (was holding out for a fee waiver but never got it). Just checked my spam box so there's no interview invite!

Anyone know generally how many completes before going under review or getting a decision? Or is the number of completes inconsequential?

Earlier in the thread people were reporting UR4 before a decision.

I've been stuck on UR 3 since 1/2 and silence ever since. I think someone had a UR3 in early Dec and still has no decision.

So I now have 3 completes with Cornell. I have the #s that other people have who have had interviews but no interview request for me yet. I'm wondering if they are just not going to interview me...
