I submitted mine via the form and had no issues. FWIW
How long before they acknowledged it? So I know what to expect
Mine was never acknowledged via email. From reading last years thread, it seems like acknowledgement is almost random.

Are these the first reserved emails coming out today or have others already hit?

It was something like 13 days before I got the confirmation email.

Really sorry to hear about the reserve. Still nothing on my end. Was really hoping today would be the day they accepted us all

There's always tomorrow  It'd be exactly 1 month for the enrollment deposit to be due if they accepted people tomorrow

I say for the most recent "Hold" batch, since today was the last day for LOCIs to come in, Columbia would probably start getting back to us with (real) decisions late this week, at the earliest (and we all know how well Columbia does with "early").

eta: I do hope it is sufficiently in advance to allow people to make it to their April ASW. If it's not... screw it, I'm using my vacation days for Coachella.

Intl. applicant here, 176/3.54, complete mid-Feb.

Haven't heard a peep since completion, wondering if that's a good sign or bad. Figured if they're gonna waitlist/reserve me I would have been in today's batch, right?

Edit: Unless, that is, I got dinged via snail mail, which'll take weeks to receive since I'm intl. Can anyone confirm that intl dings happen via email?

That sucks, but it's far from over for you.

I'd be happy with the Penn and NYU admits though. Good luck!

I got my acceptance through email, and I'm a domestic applicant.

It would be such a cruel world if they admitted everyone today via email then sent one an hour later saying "Lolz JK! April Fools!"

+1

Thought of this on the drive to work this morning. I almost freaked out when I received the email confirmation of tribal enrollment yesterday, until I read it.

I know they say wait at least two weeks for it to change from "pending completion" to "complete". It's been over a month for me now though, and still pending! With many deposits due in two short weeks, should i call or email columbia and see what's up? Idk how they'll ever get a decision to me before its too late if I'm still not complete, let alone in the review process!

might have to deposit, but Columbia just takes that long. Took me (and many others) over two months to go complete

I emailed them confirmation of me being an enrolled citizen of the Muscogee-Creek Nation. They emailed me confirmation that they received it. Sorry, I was typing that on my phone, and I wasn't very clear about what I meant.

Haha I see, I figured maybe that's what it was. Thanks!
