Right, but I want them to consider both in making their decision.jingosaur wrote:NYU Law only requires one recommendation.Howl wrote:Kinda stupid question (and sorry if it has been answered recently) but if I submit with just one letter of recommendation (the other prof is being slow), how do I tell them to put a hold on my app for my second letter to arrive? Unlike Georgetown, I didn't see a section where I could ask them to hold my app till the second rec.
Or should I just wait to submit until the second letter comes in?

I guess. You can call the admissions office and ask if you want. They're pretty responsive about that kind of stuff. I forgot to attach my C&F and they let me submit it after I applied.Howl wrote:Right, but I want them to consider both in making their decision.jingosaur wrote:NYU Law only requires one recommendation.Howl wrote:Kinda stupid question (and sorry if it has been answered recently) but if I submit with just one letter of recommendation (the other prof is being slow), how do I tell them to put a hold on my app for my second letter to arrive? Same. ED. Can someone familiar with the process confirm what this means?gbelle wrote:srsly.TheMostDangerousLG wrote:Sent and complete? My god, people, we need this info!t14splitter wrote:Also have decision letter sent!
We want to know when everyone with "Decision Letter Sent" applied and had all of their status changes so we know whether or not we should be expecting the status change too.stickershocked wrote:Same. should have done the googlingNapoleonXV wrote:Do they send decision letter via snail mail or email?
Please also note that we will not release decision information via email, telephone, or fax.
I just did, and it did not work. That was a good idea though.gbelle wrote:Has anyone tried to log into the admitted student page yet, by chance?

At this point in the cycle, there are only acceptances (unless NYU has a groundbreaking new approach to admissions).kathj06 wrote:Decision letter sent--no false alarm this time! Hopefully it is a happy letter...
From the c/o 2016 thread. AHhhhhhhhhhhhhDLS is always an accept this early, based on past cycles. Rejections don't start until January. Waitlists don't happen until April
Not working for me. Although I'm confused as to whether or not to type the "/" in the birth date thing. Anyway...gbelle wrote:Has anyone tried to log into the admitted student page yet, by chance?
EDIT: HOLY CRAP. JUST CHANGED TO LETTER SENT!andapieceoftoast wrote:LOL. No status changes for me since completion in early Oct. This cycle is soul-crushing.
