There's no rhyme or reason to NYU's changes in UR dates, right? Saw the pattern in the "What to Expect" thread, but I've gotten status update dates for both yesterday and now today.

Just got the status checker e-mail today after submitting earlier this week and I'm already under review! Hopefully I won't have to wait too long for a decision.

I got the status checker email today, and it says applications may take several weeks to go complete... so why is my application under review already?!

NYU moves quickly. Mine took a day to go UR as well.

Same! Didn't hear the name of the school when I first picked up the phone, and didn't feel comfortable saying, "Wait, which school again?" The call came from a NYC zip, so I knew it was there or Columbia. Had to go to the online status checker to confirm.

I apologize if this has already been asked/answered, but what is the general experience of RTK scholarship applicants? I know they have to be accepted to the law school before being considered by the scholarship committee. Does this mean they are generally accepted/rejected more quickly than other applicants? I submitted my NYU (+RTK) application on 12/30, and it went under review before I received my December LSAT score. NYU was the only school that didn't hold my app to wait for the new score, which makes it seem like they wanted to get the ball rolling ASAP.

UR2 11/14 here, still waiting sadly.

I think I just went UR2. The date is now 1/9 on my status, but it first switched to Under Review on 1/6.

Good sign? Bad sign? That was kind of quick.
