SAME. The past several weeks have been like "work for 5 mins, write several sentences, check my SLS app status, check TLS thread, go to the bathroom, repeat." needless to say, I have not earned the measly paycheck I will receive this week..

The last acceptance with a decision date on lsn was 3/26. I sorted by applicants and then decision date. There were two reported 7 days ago but the posters did not also post the decision date.

it probably wasn't that bad after rereading it...they just went really discouraging off the top, but then went on to talk about how you should keep them apprised of how much you love them anyway ("when you feel it necessary"). As someone who feels a little YPed (to be fair I didn't have any good answer to the why UVA question in the interview) my feeling was mostly get over yourself and show some class. It's an email, so naturally it is easier to read dickishness into...but cmon.

I don't know why UVA would send something that rude. They can at least show us a little respect for wanting to go to their school and waiting so long
