I am less terrified about February arriving, now that I know *coughwildspeculationcough* that rejections don't go out until the later half of the month.

As soon as calls went out at like 4-5PM west coast time in mid November, I stopped making any assumptions about what SLS was going to do based on what they had done in the past.

Is there any way to send a fourth letter of rec tailored to Stanford after the app is marked complete? Is that even worth it?

Applied w/ a 3.6. Didn't want to have to wonder for the rest of my life.

So who else here didn't submit a LOR tailored to Furd?
Apparently they like those, but I couldn't find a professor of mine that was connected to the school in any way so I didn't think it was appropriate.

needless to say having decided to apply about 5 days before the deadline, i do NOT have a tailored LOR

Multiple people were accepted last cycle with <3.7.
