I can't log into my Stanford status checker. It won't recognize my user name. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Are you going through the link emailed to you? It often doesn't work if you're not.Meribor wrote:I can't log into my Stanford status checker. It won't recognize my user name. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Does SLS take a bit to send a status checker, or is it pretty quick?
ETA: Also, are you folks using the Google doc in the OP, or should I just add to the compendium one?

Compendium one, but we should probably ask the OP to change the linked spreadsheet in the OP to yours (I don't think anyone's really been using that one since yours came out).lawschool22 wrote:Does SLS take a bit to send a status checker, or is it pretty quick?

Sorry, koala. They saw my app come through and Faye was like, "Whoa. Hold on everyone. Cease and desist all admissions activities. I just read this kid's app and we MUST makes sure a spot remains. Let me send him his status checker, then I'll call him, and then we can resume regular procedures."koalacity wrote:Welp, I'm calling it for the day.

Maybe Stanford will decide to imitate Harvard and release a bunch of decisions after 5pm? I think we are still behind last year in number of people admitted so far (I could be completely wrong about that-- paging LS22).koalacity wrote:Welp, I'm calling it for the day.

haha, I know. The time difference and the chance of late night calls means that I can keep hoping until around midnight EST.scoobers wrote:...it's 12:18kershka wrote:Maybe Stanford will decide to imitate Harvard and release a bunch of decisions after 5pm? Koala, stop being reasonable and fact-checking! The power of positive thinking will cause more calls to come late tonight!

They have been successful in the past, haven't they? Okay....so I completely randomly predict that either Faye will decide to make some later-than-usual calls tonight or will call as normal early next week.midwest17 wrote:

Also on January 30, because that's tradition.

I'll do whatever you guys want with the spreadsheet when I get home from work. I just held on to the old one out of nostalgia for it being the first spreadsheet and laziness but I haven't even looked at it since ls22 came along.
