Two answers:

They do, but not until much later (July / August).

I don't know. But earlier, we estimated that around 50% of JS1s should convert to JS2s (assuming no more JS1s). About 66 people on the spreadsheet have had JS1s, so that would mean 33 should get in. Only 15 are reporting JS1bs. I think there will be another small wave at some point before we hit "sporadic admits throughout summer" phase. At least bring that number up to 20-25 and then it'll fall within the margin of error (I'm making this up as I go along).

JS1b folks! ~11 PST today/2 eastern time. It was the same routine.

TripTrip, I really hope your theory holds (JS1b-->JS2). I'm flippin dying here.

Sorry I'm late to the party, I work out in the middle of nowhere with no internet/cell service.

Grats. His theory probably will hold.

169 / 4.0 non-urm are good numbers but a bit out of the norm for today's crowd. HLS wants dat gpa

Thanks you guys! I feel like a mere mortal among LSAT gods. Harvard have mercy on my soul and admit me, I swear I'll be a good lawyer!

For the rest of us, when should we call time of death? Tomorrow night or Friday?

Mr. Sabanist was just laughing at me because we just got back from a night out and I told him I needed to go check on "my babies on the waitlist"... So glad I did! :D

Congrats to everyone who got in, and good luck to everyone still waiting! I'm rooting for you!

JS1bers from today waiting with me:

Looks like everyone who outted themselves as a JS1ber from yesterday definitely got in, and nobody PMed me to say they were JS1b'd yesterday but failed to get in today. Don't call your mom yet, but signs point to yes.

Congrats!

So, to sum up, ppl got in who were: in all 3 waves of interviews (? or just the first two?), with high GPAs, pre-WL JS1s and post-WL JS1s and with high LSAT scores (the lowest was 169)?

So, basically, they're taking ppl all across the board now.

Panic mode sets in.

Thanks! I had a WL -> JS1 with no JS1b but she asked me the "is it your order choice, is your scholly elsewhere a factor, etc at the end of my interview. I'm also overseas so not available for calls.

Man, when people years down the line refer back to this thread, they're gonna pass me over as someone who disappeared. Forgotten again.

Dear everyone who had a post-WL JS1 without a JS1b today: start stressing out about tomorrow. :-P

Dear Lavitz and pre-WL JS1 comrades: I'm sorry you've been left out so far. :(

Thanks everyone :). I was invited to interview in the April 25 wave. I got my acceptance yesterday afternoon HLS time.

I feel better about the fact that I had the Harvard crest framed on my desk while I studied for the LSAT now. 8)

I'm calling 5pm tomorrow for myself since there's no way they're admitting me without a JS1b.

UVA was on my list of T14 schools that I would not have applied to if I wasn't showering the T14.

So it's been non-URM, 75th GPA, median+ LSAT for the most part right?

This may be me trying to comfort myself, but I feel like they're just trying to lock in the high side of their stats. URMs and sub-median people are probably fine for awhile. If I were H, I'd do it this way too (i.e. get the people I'll need to protect the medians before I take the people below them who I want).
