It looks like someone hid the rows. You should be able to highlight the existing rows, right click, and then click unhide.txdude45 wrote:what happened to the spreadsheet? I may just be super dumb, but the only people visible are post-WL JS1s...

In the same boat here, held and JS0, wondering what's going on.jubee wrote:Well the held thread seems all but dead but I feel very confused, held 3/22 no ding no WL, are any other held ppl left? JS0 also. Seeing people who just got wait listed get interview offers makes me be like huh? How can I still have no decision if WL people are hearing back? Can't be good...
(Congrats to the wave of interviews though, wow!)

Nope, you can keep it. Definitely take off "knowledge of Google products," though!txdude45 wrote:thanks. it might be time to take "microsoft office proficiency" off the resume, lolclouded.memory wrote:It looks like someone hid the rows. I was technically a model and I was also green lantern, scooby-doo, and marvin the martian in another job. It's all on the resume and usually leads to a few minutes of light-hearted conversation in interviews.TripTrip wrote:Man, you guys have some pretty dull resumes.

I kind of feel like the "Microsoft Proficiency" thing is kind of an "if you have to ask..." situation though. It's something I'd list on my resume right before "Possess a valid pulse" and right after "Good penmanship."
Kudos for the acting bits though. That makes interviews fun, I bet.

Sheepishly admitting to checking the IMBD page for a few of those movies before figuring out a much smarter way to figure out who you are.txdude45 wrote:I was technically a model and I was also green lantern, scooby-doo, and marvin the martian in another job. Re: Harvard Waitlist 2013
Guys, I thought I read somewhere that they send an iCal event as an attachment in the confirmation email. I've got the confirmation email but there's nothing attached there (so I can't even speculate if it's KB or JS). Has this been changed?

Lol, I know what you mean. On job interviews, when asked if I'm good with computers, I'll talk about programming languages and data analysis. Then they're like "...so can you use Microsoft Office well?" I forget that this is something people even question; I'm used to taking it as a given.TripTrip wrote:I kind of feel like the "Microsoft Proficiency" thing is kind of an "if you have to ask..." situation though. Well, there's a difference between being able to type a couple of numbers into excel & working with formulas / pivot tables etc. So this is a legitimate question, IMOuntar614 wrote:Lol, I know what you mean. Is there a way to know which one is interviewing you?

Re: Harvard Waitlist 2013
For the sake of speculation
someone added this note to the spreadsheet: "My post WL-JS1 interviewer said not to expect anything until after May 1st. Idk what this early JS1 wave means now."
This could mean that the WL-JS1 wave was made to pick out "second choices." May 1st is when deposits are due. After that shakes out maybe they will start tapping into the WL-JS1 pile?

First of all, thank you to whoever added that note. It is very helpful to us WL'ers.helix23 wrote:For the sake of speculation

This is consistent with what you wrote yesterday. The waitlist is a place they put people they might want after deposits come in. So everyone on the waitlist is a "second choice." It's going to be a lot of people, so they don't want to have to start the whole process in May. But they are going to need more than this JS1 wave. They could decide to do another JS1 wave before they dip into this one.

I declined to remain on the waitlist. Good luck everyone! I hope these early JS1s are a good sign for y'all. The greener pastures of Washington Square Park are calling me.
