Much agreed. They should know by now (MIDDLE OF MAY ) whether they want to admit/waitlist/deny us. Maybe their class so far is not as spectacular as they were anticipating and they are fudging with different scenarios given our stats to figure out the best possible outcomes...especially given that many other top schools are now pulling pple off of their own already established waitlists and could be pulling pple who already deposited at NW. Whatever. I'm just speculating bc that's all I can do given the lack of info. In all honesty, I don't really care what their reason is for letting us hang like this. It's not acceptable, and at the very least, they could have EMAILED us official updates on the process instead of tweeting every now and then.
Btw, I already feel horrible for anyone who has been on hold for months who gets denied when they finally do release decisions. Including anyone named Amir who will now suffer from the wrath of the tweet.

First school I applied to, last to school to hear from (I'm not counting my two holds as "decisions")
LOL. I feel like this will turn into one of those stories that you tell your kids to give them a little chuckle when they are applying to college/ grad school and dealing with the same situations. "Don't worry son, I once was on a hold list for 6 months before I was put on a waitlist. And then I waited some more."
