The email was from jdadmissions, not js...
Could this be a bad sign?
(Maybe sthing like: let's give him one last chance before rejecting him)

Aren't all interview offers from JD Admissions?

I thought they were from JS??

If it's not from JS1@hotmail.com, it's spam.

Come on dude...

Congratulations! You just got a post-hold interview invite. Instead of worrying about who the email should have come from and what this could mean, I would be screaming for joy and dancing around my office. Good luck dude :)

that was when apalsa accidentally sent all the asian candidates an e-mail saying they all got accepted. js sent a mea culpa e-mail later in the day.

I guess that might explain the skeptism over his or her new Js1 invite. Congrats!

Not really, you arent "supposed" to, its just an opportunity to add more information that wasn't in the original application or something significant that transpired since (it has been many months for most of us)

Nah, nothing that would interest Harvard except a renewed interest in working out.

Wait, thoughts on sending in pictures?

Me too. Held today, pre-JS1. Really just kind of relieved that I wasn't dinged outright.

if y'all want a realistic evaluation of your chances of maybe making it out of the hold dungeon, check the google doc in the OP (and add your stats).

Considering the stats in the google doc, I can't decide if I should feel special or undeserving. 3.93, 161, non-URM.

Special. You ARE the special snowflake.

I'm feeling sort of oddly satisfied with the hold. The acknowledgment is kinda nice after all that silence. I wonder how long this will last...
