I lasted 4.5 days on spring break before I caved and checked my email/this thread. I want to be proud, but I was jones-ing like a fiend the whole time. Glad I got my fix, but 0 progress thus far, lol.

from what i've read, it appears that one page is the standard limit for a LOCI. would this be double-spaced or single? quite a bit has happened in the last 3 months. thanks in advance everyone

Spelt is a grain.

It is also a verb. http://oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/spelt

Not everyone here grew up on American English.

The good news is that I love to be held. So Harvard is doing it just right, I guess.

Hey all, did you receive confirmation of receipt of your LOCI? How long did it take to get a response?

Do you think I should send it again? it's been several days w/ no response.
Where did you send it? I sent mine to jdadmiss@law.harvard.edu. How long is several days? I would wait another day or two to check in -- they might just be busy finishing up the rest of the applicant pool / sending out interview requests.

Not really, you arent "supposed" to, its just an opportunity to add more information that wasn't in the original application or something significant that transpired since (it has been many months for most of us)

Nah, nothing that would interest Harvard except a renewed interest in working out.

Should anyone ever send a second LOCI? Like a once a month kind of thing? I hate the feeling that they're just waiting for that one last thing.

i sent two locis in january. this was totally unintentional; the second update was just really significant and sorta unexpected. i got post-held js1ed, and the first question i was asked concerned the second loci. meanwhile, the interviewer asked nothing about my first loci. i don't recommend sending multiple letters, but if the update is significant enough, i don't think they hold it against you.

Held on Early Feb

Interview request today.

The email was from jdadmissions, not js...
Could this be a bad sign?
(Maybe sthing like: let's give him one last chance before rejecting him)

Aren't all interview offers from JD Admissions?
