Checking in

Also, to quote the blog (--LinkRemoved--):
Every year a significant portion of our admitted 1Ls will have received a hold notice at some point in the admissions process. In other words, being on hold is a positive, not a negative – it means you are still in the running.
There is hope.

Do those of you who have been held mind posting your numbers and/or what date you submitted? I am wondering if only people who submitted in September/early October ("whose files have been complete for several months") are getting held, or if November folks are getting emails as well.

At this point, I would be pretty happy to get a hold email!

I don't know whether to be happy to survive the first round of holds, or worried that this means i'm gonna be in the first round of rejections..

I haven't gotten a JS1 and likely won't, so out of the two, it's probably the latter.

No idea -- does anyone know what % (if any) of Held people get admitted later?
