To all my fellow waiters...my status updated to today, 3/11, with the "you may have noticed that your current status date has changed" language at the top.

Hope we know something soon.

Grats to everyone. Anyone else apply to both FT and PT? Just got accepted PT via status check, but no update on FT. Anyone else in a similar boat?

I applied for both but am still "Held for Further Review" as of 01/28/13...

also was just admitted through status checker...my app was sitting complete as of early january so hopefully a lot of you long-time waiters hear back today.

I applied only PT btw.

Seems like everyone who was admitted this morning was PT. Maybe there is still hope for FT in the afternoon.

From what I've learned from trolling a bunch on here, it seems that people who apply to both with FT as their top choice with lower end numbers are held for further review so they can fill their FT spots with better numbers first. Then I'm guessing if they fill up the FT they will offer you a PT slot if they are still open. People who apply solely to the PT program with lower numbers seem to be accepted more quickly.

I just got my Feb LSAT score (159

) I'm retesting in June but if it's not any better I will only be applying to the PT program for this reason.

That's a good observation, and could explain others' and my status.

At least SMU rose a bit in rankings...a lot of T1 and T2 between the ranks of 20 and 80 got shaken around.

Anyone having to reconsider options bc of the shakeup? Texas schools stayed strong though.

U of Houston's rank is looking pretty good this year, might take 2nd look at their acceptance offer since Baylor went down a couple by comparison.

Also BC went down to 31? Not so bueno....

I always feel like if one of these Texas schools wanted to crack the top 25 they could, SMU especially.

I'd like to know what's holding them back. SMU seems just as competitive as a lot of the higher ranked schools with fairly similar medians.
