I find that odd since we are basically numbers twins. Hm...

Also, I realize I'm coming from a different place, but with your numbers I still feel like it is worth waiting it out.

I have an offer from ru-n that equates to 13 000 a year for tuition so I doubt anything catholic offers will touch that

That post will probably be deleted but from the research I've done it seems fair. Frankly I applied to Catholic before getting an idea of some of their atrocious statistics, then I was just hoping for a free ride for Plan B / negotiating purposes, so that 18k was pretty disappointing... Catholic isn't an option at this point really, thankfully.

I agree that Catholic's statistics are horrendous. If they don't up their scholarship to at least full, there isn't a chance of me going. Even if they do up it to full, I doubt I'll go. Just too big of a risk. Only 43.7% of their grads get jobs in a law firm, and only 9.0% of their grads get jobs in a firm of 50+ attorneys. Not worth it.

I was held as well and am at their median for LSAT and 75th percentile for GPA. I have some great softs that I thought would really help with Catholic...apparently not. I was really surprised and kind of offended. :x I'm considering withdrawing as well, but probably gonna wait it out cause it says they reconsider in January...I would certainly need some money to attend. Does anyone know if being held affects scholarship chances?

Can anyone else no longer log in to check their application status? When I click on check application status, it takes me to an ACES login where I have to input a school code as well. Anyone else having the same problem?

Spoke to admissions yesterday, they said decisions will be rendered for held applicants by the end of the week.

Email that decision rendered and to check status online. Admitted. Held in December.

159/2.45 (3.76 degree). Good grade trends, other softs. Non-traditional.
