tried to register and I can create an account too, but I can't login at WebAdvisor, and outlook gives me the error that a mailbox can't be found, so I can't change my password with outlook...

does that still mean im in?

Not exactly. There hasn't been any confirmation as to whether being able to register means a person is accepted. It just might mean your file is complete or in review.

After telling me not to worry because "complete" is "complete". They asked me to confirm basic personal information so they could look me up.

They confirmed that my decision letter went out on Wednesday. Im in CA. so maybe i'll get it today or tomorrow? (not SF close, but close).

When I asked about the elusive "admitted students website", they said they had no idea what I was talking about. "When you're admitted, we directed you to a site that open to everyone. Not password protected at all. You can easily get on right now by following the links on the website."

So I pushed on about "deposit deadlines", b/c when I log into the elusive "admitted students website" I have a deposit that totals 800$ over 2 payments. "There are two deposits, one for 500 in April and one for 250 in June. More information will be in the packet, if you indeed are admitted." so 750 =/= 800...?

Maybe it's an old site? I didn't get much information from them.

UPDATE: just got home. checked the mail. I'm officially IN at Hastings. Good day - knocked out Hastings and Davis.
In the letter it details how I should be able to log into cio.uchastings.edu/admit (payment wizard) to throw down the deposit. I think early predictions were right. I was option 3 - able to login and see payment. and I just got the acceptance letter. GL to all.

I received the email about Financial Aid Supplement Form. Started to fill it out, then on the second page it asks what my enrollment status will be with these options:
I will be a regular attending UC Hastings student
I will be part of an exchange program
I will be a joint degree student with UC Berkeley
I will be studying at another law school

So, has anyone else checked this out? Will checking the first lock me into Hastings or not?
