The amount we have to pay the law school just increased by 30%. This is outrageous.

Speaking of ways to save money. Since we are all taking the same classes 1L it would be nice to get the syllabi so that we can order the books online and avoid getting screwed at the school store.

Think we can all agree that LST was a HUGE help to all of this cycle, the least we could do is like their FB page :D

talked to MAC.
1. all that health insurance stuff is handled by a different office so they don't really know the details other than what's on their page.
2. was told that she'd look into whether they'd give us our usernames/passwords for class registration earlier this year because we need those to process health insurance, but generally they don't distribute those until August.
3. if you waive out of health insurance and got the full ride, then any leftover deposit money will be refunded when we get to campus. You should get $490 back once SBA fee, health fee ($150), and orientation fee are taken out. We have the option of crediting that money towards a parking permit or something if we want.

Man...that's another 2k less in debt.

What's next? Is MAC going to surprise us all with lifetime all-expenses paid cards to every restaurant and grocery store in St. Louis?

I wonder what class size they will have here, from 270 to 240 and last class it was 200. 160-170?? It seems the t-14 will take some of the ones that would have gone to 15-20 and therefore won't have to decrease class size at all. Georgetown is planning their usual 575. 15-20 taking a hit big time this cycle, UCLA is down about 30 below usual, Vandy, texas, USC all going down.

If Dproduct gets the full ride that just confirms MAC reads this thread. (Seriously give Dp the full)
