From a 3L here, I'd give you about a 95% chance of getting in eventually, provided you don't have any unusual C/F issues or you turned in a personal statement with a ridiculous amount of errors. Or one of your LOR people said you were a racist or an anti-Semite or something.wannabelawstudent wrote:Cuse...still thinking I'll get in? I am el worriedo and need constant reassurance....
I'm never gonna forgive myself for accidentally skipping a question on the LSAT if I don't get in.
IOW, I wouldn't worry too much.
As for the other posters, the adcoms do read TLS. They figured out who I was before I was even admitted. They have probably figured out who half of you are already. If you post your GPA, LSAT, and location on your TLS profile, it's pretty easy to narrow it down. And if your e-mail address is anything similar to your screen name here...the cat's out of the bag. It's okay...they're normal people (at least relatively speaking when it comes to the legal industry), and they have a sense of humor. They certainly don't care if you swear and shit like that, because all lawyers swear.
Bottom line is don't worry so much. Law school applications are stressful, but worrying won't change your fate. Save your nerves for second-semester 1L and 2L. You're going to need them when the first set of grades come out, and then again when you get rejected from nearly every firm at OCI.
