This is true.

I got the acceptance email the day after my update changed for the final time... So there's really no way of knowing for sure via status checker.

Nice LSAT, dude. I'd say you should get at least a couple bucks thrown your way.

I love it how I get a text message from the app, my heart drops and then I find out that it's about the W&L open house shuttle schedule

Trying to find an acceptable phrasing of "My GPA sucks because I was being hazed" was amusingly frustrating when I was writing my GPA addendum..

If it makes you feel any better, apparently being broke didn't really fly with any of the T14, either.

I hope you at least got a need based fee waiver out of it.

Same here. Amid having to write an appeal letter that spilled my entire financial life to them. It was a little embracing but I assume it saved me over 2K that I honestly did not know where I'm going to get.

Yeah, that whole process was really frustrating, especially since I'm not used to having to beg for money. It was worth it in the end, though, and I definitely would not have been able to afford to apply to more than a couple of schools without it.

Yup. Exactly. I applied to 25 schools. I assume that without it I would applied to maybe 2-3 schools and even that was a huge stretch for me.
Oh and I meant to write embarrassing. Damn you auto correct
