They will send you an amended award letter once scholly is decided. Same goes for any scholly-increases. I wouldn't worry about it. What did your financial aid e-mail say? assuming they didn't list any scholarship info in the list, did they just dump a ton of loans on you?

I Pricelined a place in a horrible location right by the Arch. It is, however, right near a metro stop, and I doubt I'll be in my hotel room much anyway. I stayed at the Ritz in Clayton for $109 I believe. Wherever you book, make sure you tell them you're there to visit Wash U and they'll usually give you a pretty significant discount.
