With that said, though, age is just a number. Everyone has different maturity levels at different ages. I, for one, would have failed out of law school at 20, but I also basically failed out of college when I was 19, so you're probably a much better student than I.

Wut?
I am an old spirit at heart. I am also engaged... so you can probably imagine how often I get to hear how I am too young and people will try to tell me what to do with life and how to do it.

I am also a terrible student when I do not like what i am studying, so hopefully i can continue to use this year to change that mindset and realize my future counts on how well I do.

You can't be that terrible a student if you've already graduated from college at that age.

doing fafsa....
You can add up to 10 colleges to your FAFSA. If you know your college's school code, use the option to the right to search. If you need help finding your college, use the state (required), city (optional), and school name (optional) fields to begin your search.
my limit is 10?

im in at more than that...

I think you can send more later, if needed. I think. I'm not sure. I know you can for Need Access.

I think the way it works for FAFSA is that you have to remove one so that the total is never more than 10. Seriously, though, just wait to send it to more schools until you've narrowed your search a bit more. For most schools, FAFSA is only really needed to give you access to loans.

Well poo. Too late, since a lot of schools require it by March 1. I already sent it to two schools that I've already withdrawn from. I'll figure it out.

You can go back later and delete some schools and add more. Deleting them wont take you off of considerations for loans for that school because the fafsa as already been sent to the school.

Wtf is needaccess....do I need dat?

Re: outside scholarships

http://law.wustl.edu/financialaid/resources.asp

List of outside scholarships compiled by WUSTL, includes but not limited to:

-Minorities
-Women
-Disabilities
-Think I saw some LGBT as well, but can't remember
-Sons/daughters of certain company employees
-Residents of certain states/counties
-Demonstrated PI interest
-Various fraternities/sororities (both honors and social)

(There are some where you're eligible if your parents were in a certain Greek org as well)

It's a long list but it's probably worth browsing through.

Also,
Any Greeks/members of religious organizations should check each org's website directly to see if they offer any scholarships. My frat wasn't included in the WUSTL list but it turns out they do give grad school schollies to members.

Also any foreign students or permanent residents should check with their consulates as well. I know the Korean consulate gives scholarship awards to both Korean-born/American-born ethnic Korean students.
