Complete 11/19
And still not under review?

Mine changed from complete to decision rendered, then I had to wait 3 days for my decision.

Interesting. Looks like some had an "under review" status earlier in this thread.

This is back in November for me. It's possible I didn't look for the few days of review and I had a quick decision.

Someone that has had a decision more recently might chime in.

Unless you have ideal numbers, you're in for a wait.

Just to give another stat, I've been complete since 11/5 with numbers right under medians. I'll be very surprised if I hear anything before mid-March.

Which is unfortunate since I really love UNC. We shall see... :?

Edit to add I'm also still not "under review."

Those who have gotten decisions-- how did you get it? Status checker, email, snail mail, or some combination thereof?

Also, I wonder why there seem to be so few applicants to UNC on TLS this year. The past two years' threads were a lot bigger than this one, and there was a LOT more hand-wringing going on by this time in the cycle.

I got my decision via status checker first and an email came early in the morning the next day.

I've been wondering about this as well. It seems below not just last year, but the last few years.

I submitted my app last night. I'm sort of worried I applied too late. I guess I was over confident (above 75% + in-state). What do you guys think?

I imagine you will be fine. They seem to have quick (for them) decisions for those numbers, especially in-state.

I am still eager to find out about scholarship this March.

UNC is way up there on my list, but mere acceptance is not a sufficient condition for my enrollment.

I have been complete since 11/26 both numbers well above the medians and in-state. Not the quickest of turnarounds. UNC is at the top of my list, so I hope they start rolling out decisions soon.

Mine came by email and then status check. I'm overseas though, so my experience may or may not be typical.

I'm in the U.S. and this is what I got as well.

Anyone know of good places to live? I've never visited the greater CH area so I have no clue what's available.

They have a map specifically for the UNC campus.

I am a 1L who is moving to another apartment in July. I would like to find someone who wants to take the next lease so I do not have to put up with the property manager showing my place to 100 undergrads now until July. The unit is 2 Bedroom/ 1 Bath with washer/ dryer. The back door is about 30ft away from the pool. Most of all, it has two bus stops close by that can get you to the law school in about 20 minutes and is walking distance to Franklin St.

I have been paying $625 per month for the last two years, but I think they are going to advertise the unit for $660. I think if I refer you, I can help you get a better rent. This place isn't fancy, but it is probably the least expensive, livable place close to campus.

Whatever you do, now is the time to find a place. Most of the common student apartments went online in December and January. From here on out, your choices are going to get more and more limited.

If you are interested, just PM me and we'll take it from there.

Go Heels.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
