So far I'm leaning towards GSU. Just waiting on $$$ info from schools I'm accepted to.
Any bumper sticker or other swag?
Eta: never mind, just got mine.
Etax2: it says I qualify for the als scholarship and to fill out the attached application...and no application was included...
Etaforthelasttime:actually it was, I thought it was a generic financial aid app.
I got my packet today as well and am a bit confused -- it says I "qualify" for the Atlanta Law School Fellows scholarship (tuition and fees) but asks me to fill out the same application. Does that mean the application is just a formality and I have the scholarship? Or does it mean I'll be considered for the scholarship after filling out the application?
It's most certainly the latter. Their website says they preselect applicants to receive the application when they are admitted to the law school, and then the trustees select students based on need and merit from the that pool. What I don't know and can't figure out from threads of years past is what percentage of students who apply to th alsf actually get it.
