Re: W&L c/o 2016
in today via status checker->email
sent:12/21/12
received and completed same day
decision: 1/10/13
151/3.4 non-trad URM
worked really hard on my app, resume and DS that I believe really helped to carry me forward.
all my other apps and info is in my LSN page that's on my profile link here
good luck to everyone!!

My app was complete 12/21 and I believe was 'in review' since then. The decision came today so a little less then 3 weeks? Good timetable IMHO. I have other apps who went complete close to that date and are still in review.wannabelawstudent wrote:I just got an e-mail that my application is now under review? How long did it take you guys to get a decision after that? days? weeks? hours? decades?

Mine was in review somewhere around there as well. They sent an email out saying that the admissions office would be closed from something like the 22nd into the 2nd of January. So really our decision may have only taken 10-12 days.JayJones78 wrote:My app was complete 12/21 and I believe was 'in review' since then. The decision came today so a little less then 3 weeks? True. Funny this is that yesterday I saw a first and second deposit indication on the status checker paid with 0 amounts. Today when it changed to admitted the amounts were there. I wonder if this indicated that that there was an acceptance before the checker was changed? Anyone else had this?ENGLShred7 wrote:Mine was in review somewhere around there as well. i didn't, and got it anyways. i guess the general advice would be don't do it just because you think you should. make sure you have a good idea of what you want to say.cbarlow1016 wrote:Did you guys do the Ethical Dilemma essay?? I think that just like other sup essays you need a really good point or they sound either weak, cheesy or a combination of the two.

same. Sorry I forgot to add it in my initial post. And if I got in with my numbers I really don't think it's a must.talesofyore wrote:I didn't do one either, and I also got in.Circlewave wrote:i didn't, and got it anyways. i guess the general advice would be don't do it just because you think you should. make sure you have a good idea of what you want to say.cbarlow1016 wrote:Did you guys do the Ethical Dilemma essay?? Alright, thanks guys! Decided not to do it because I thought it would sound too forced. Just submitted! Congrats to everyone who has been accepted and best of luck to those still waiting.JayJones78 wrote:same. Sorry I forgot to add it in my initial post.
