Right? I am as well.. went complete mid-dec and santa clara is one of my top choices because I want to stay in the bay but alas, no word. Do you think I should call or something?

Yeah, I've been complete since mid-December too. And SC is also one of my top choices. Perhaps you could email admissions and ask them how far along they are in sending replies...

If you do that, tell us how it goes.

Has anyone tried negotiating with Santa Clara, I got the $15,000 Emery scholarship, renewable every year, but hoping for more...

Well, I just took the LSAT again this morning. I had already notified every school to which I applied, including Dean Polden from SCU. I'll know on March 6 about my updated chances of gaining admission to SCU. It still remains my #1, and I'll be adding a 3rd LOR to my file in addition to the second LSAT score. Hopefully everything works out.

Congrats to all that have been admitted! You're all so freaking lucky.

To those of you that have withdrawn, I hope I am lucky enough to take the seat that you have vacated, and best of luck at whichever school you decide to attend!

yay literally just admitted via status checker after 2 months of obsessively checking! i'm so excited i love santa clara!
for those of you still waiting, i did give them a call last week to inquire about the status of my app and i feel there's a chance it sped up the process. best of luck!

Unlikely, though living in Cali is appealing. Waiting on a few T20, T10s which i'm WL'd at. Probably will withdraw shortly.

Just got admitted today. Coming from an engineering background, this school is excellent for patent law. Very pricey at sticker though.

Kind of late to be applying in hopes of getting scholarships as they are usually first come first serve. I would check out the financial aid section of their website and call the financial aid office.

Yeah I know. I applied in October the last time I did this, but unfortunately uncertainty with whether it was even a possibility to go has made things more challenging. Hoping my 169 might inspire them to see if they have anything left over for me but not terribly optimistic.

Probably means they're close to a decision. My date changed and I was accepted two days later.

Just status checker this past Friday. Haven't received an email yet but they said they snail mailed a packet on status checker.
