Officially received my reject letter today in mail dated 5/15. I want to stay in OC so I am heading to Chapman w/ a scholarship.. You?

--Yes it was a rejection letter off of the waitlist. It was a stretch anyway but I REALLY wanted to go. I sent in two LOCI's and had great additional LOR that were either immediately connected with the law school or the city vouch for me. Good luck! I hope you get in. It's a great school and it was nice they even considered me

Sorry to hear that. I got an email saying that they would like to extend their waitlist offer to me. I'm about to send another LOCI in hopes that it might catch their attention. Did anyone receive confirmation that their LOCI was received by the school in the past? I never did when I sent my first one.

Sounds like you had a tough and complicated decision to finally turn down 135k and turn to a different school. What was your thought process for saying no to UCI at this point.....
