So how do people on LSN from last year have 105/120k?BigZuck wrote:From what I understand the most they give out outside of a Rothman is 30K a year. yes some will get 35,40 per year or there about but not many. I think the 105/120 is reserved for those with 169 LSAT minimum and a 3.9 or a minority with very high LSAT or GPA or something like that. But these are different times with the collapsing applications. I think USC might spend all its money to defend its median. so if you are a 167 with a 3.9 gpa you might get a really good deal.JohnMarshall17 wrote:So how do people on LSN from last year have 105/120k?BigZuck wrote:From what I understand the most they give out outside of a Rothman is 30K a year. IMO, sounds like they just want to boost the # of applications they've received. If your numbers are far enough below their medians that an acceptance seems unlikely, reiterate your request for a fee waiver and if you get it apply.UMich11 wrote:Last week i got an email from USC asking if i was going to apply and it was sent to my school email (email on my LSAC account). I did request a fee waiver earlier but that was via gmail. well below the median, not an URM. Any idea why this might happen? I was considering doing this, but it's a waste of $100 if they are just trying to pad their stats. I do have very good softs, but nothing they would know about via LSAC (Varsity athlete, startup experience, IBAnking, etc.)
