I'm just really curious by now (and kinda want the cycle to just be over already heh).

Looking at this the wrong way, IMO. If any posting on TLS screams for a retake, yours does. Why settle for second tier? Even a 165 would do wonders for you next cycle.

I would think "Decision Finalized" without an e-mail is a sign of the worst. I'm still optimistic, for what it's worth.
