Should I be worried that I haven't even had my first committee read yet? Complete since 12/11.

Same here. Complete since 12/20. 166/3.56, so I'm a below-median applicant to begin with.

Anyone else get an email about the dean reception on the 12th. If so, please PM me.

I didn't receive this. Is it for scholarship candidates or something?
they could be interviews for the rothman or at least that is one part of it?

Didn't the e-mail a while back say that finalists wouldn't be selected until the 28th? Makes me think that the reception is something different.

The email just says its a hosted reception for Newly Admitted USC Trojans at the dean's house. Maybe it was just sent to people in the LA area? It seems pretty informal so I'm pretty sure no interviews will be taking place.

I will most likely be attending the reception at the Rader residence on March 3. Anybody else?

right there with both of you. complete since 12/13 (3.6/166) and nothing since, willing to bet they're going through all the applicants that are above 1 or both medians before they turn to us

Also in the exact same position. 166/3.5. Complete since 12/19 and nothing since. Only school I applied to that has had no movement whatsoever since I applied.

Same numbers. Everything was going great until the second read, and then it all stopped 1/17. Maybe they misread my LSAT as a 167 the first time

Maybe email and ask if you can attend? Kind of untraditional but if you really want to go...

YESSSSS!!!!!

Complete from 11/28 to 1st read 2/18.

What do the TLS wizards say? Good or bad?

167/3.3 (econ double, and my econ classes weight to a c avg, with some failing)

Probably still a bit of a wait, although you never know when USC might fire off a flurry of activity.

Most people have been waiting at least 4 weeks from CR1 to CR2. I'm personally sitting on a 1/14 CR1 with slightly more competitive numbers, but I'd imagine you could be in a somewhat similar boat as I was/am.

Just changed to CR2 today from CR1 1/25. I have no idea what to expect at this point.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
