Someone posted that they called admissions and their response was "That is an acceptance." Mine just says notice issued, hoping it's also an acceptance however :D.

Good luck! Let's hope for good news!

Anyone have any recommendations as to places to see or things to do tomorrow night in Gainesville or a nearby town? I will be up visiting by myself and would love to hear some ideas. Thanks!

Burrito brothers. Also to anyone, is it worth going to admitted students day? I have a group project and my group wants to meet on Friday so I'm debating which I should do.

too early to tell, unless they send WLs via e-mail... I'm hoping to receive their decision today or tomorrow since I'm in florida.
i meant before, like in the thread. i don't remember anyone saying wait listed. I hope i didn't get wait listed. I've only been wait listed at every school. Pretty sick of it. Need to get in somewhere for my mental health! and i heard it takes a while, even if you are in florida. not expecting to get it today. maybe by friday
what are your numbers?

Has anyone with notice issued in the past week had luck with a seat deposit?

My status changed to Admit Notice Issued on Monday night, but of course there's nothing in the mail so far....

Hey, if you have a gatorlink username and password you can view your full award letter now. It states your scholarships and grants as well as the loans you will be receiving and breaks down what it's all for. It's not giving the option to reduce a loan yet but just in case you want to see you can check on ISIS.

What does a scholarship look like? I have a UF graduate grant but it is only for 1,500 a semester, and I'm not sure if that's related to the law school. Then I also have those loans. Is this the final stage, there's no more scolly's?

your scholarship is showing up? neither my need-based grant or merit scholarship are there. just loans. really hoping financial aid at uf law is better than undergrad.

I think they use the same system.

I think us Floridians can expect mail tomorrow if it went out Monday. That seems about right, because that means it didn't get processed until Tuesday.

My scholarship and loans and grants showed up. It says it was edited April 8th. So they may still be updating them. I was admitted in Nov, scholarship early Dec and grant in Feb so that may be why mine is already done for the most part. I only checked because Carol Huber in financial aid told me it wpuld be available to see online in April.

To go to admitted students day or not to go, that is the question.

From my experience at another ASD, it's nothing really important. I'm definitely going because I have never seen the facilities, and I'm going to be looking at apartments. If you've already visited the school, etc., you probably won't miss out on much.

Anyone on here happen to in the National Guard/ Reserves?

I am in the process of transferring to a Florida unit and could use the assistance of someone with experience in this process as well as being in the Guard while in law school. Thanks in advance.

Me too. Looks like all those whose status changed Friday or Monday to FDR Notice Issued rather than admit notice issued are wait list.

If you get an email later in the summer asking if you would still like to be on the waitlist, SAY YES. You will be immediately accepted afterwards.
