Just got a mail date of 3/7. I applied 11/10. Expecting a WL or rejection--not a huge deal for me b/c I've already fallen in love with another school I got into with money, so not a real issue for me one way or the other.

Just got an offer for 15k/year! Very surprised at this and really excited that schools this high up are willing to work for me.

11/27, mailed 3/6 (although it didn't say that until 3/7 for some reason). Pretty much the same boat.

So glad I was upfront about that from the interview stage on. They're trying to get me to stay, but only jokingly. They're planning a big dinner party for me for when I FINALLY pick a school. I guess I lucked out.

The people in my local office would be happy for me. But if HQ gets wind of it they will yank me back to the Motherland and then I'll have to move twice.

I'm looking at a promotion in my office so even under threat of death I will admit to nothing -_-
Seriously, I feel bad about misleading them but I need to continue working to save up for the great financial hit to come in the next three years...I will be the best worker possible while here though
