vman's complete date is before mine, and he got in after me. I don't think the Complete Date is a completely accurate thing to go by...az21833 wrote:but you are not hope. you are a late jan complete. game over

It is clearly not strictly based on complete date -- carbon is right!
Good luck to everyone still waiting.

Becuz it was such a big wave. It would make sense that Asha makes her picks and they get run by the designated faculty review committee all in one sitting each month.ohpobrecito wrote:Why?jselson wrote:I think last weekend was Asha picks, and now the faculty review admits are startin to trickle in
Trickles come through the regular process of three profs, as she only gets those 50 applications at a time as each professor turns in his stack
Of course, other possibility is that Asha was just hording all the calls to go out at once. No real way to know.

I'm sure everyone has come across this already, but didn't see it on this thread or the one about the downward trend in LSAC applications this year--
http://yaledailynews.com/blog/2013/03/0 ... o-economy/
In 2004, 100,000 students applied to American law schools, but this year, experts and media outlets predict a total of fewer than 60,000. Yale Law School received 2,943 applications in 2012, compared to 3,173 in 2011 and 3,797 in 2010.

Hahaha a pertinent question would be what type of applicants are the 25% that chose not to apply? I doubt it was the higher caliber applicants (w/o an evidence)az21833 wrote:and we still cant get in with 25% less applicants! SMH
