Haha, congrats again, Cicero! And same here - definitely PM with questions. Yale is really unpredictable, but they're really holistic. Each part of your app matters. Would love to help the TLS community. Without you guys, I would've never had the support system I did.

And props to Yale for looking at the whole applicant, not just numbers.. based on the TLS acceptances so far I'd say Yale is going to have an outstanding class next year. Sooooo jealous!

for sure a ding wave. Way too many people left. the WL is never over 100 people

So think of it this way, if you get WL, then u were the top 300 applicants instead of the top 200. Still kinda cool.

183 members. They find you and add you real quick too. It was almost unnerving--I go by my middle name, so my FB profile is my middle name, but the director of admissions added me to the group about ten minutes after I got my acceptance email. They must have scoped me out ahead of time. I guess my posts didn't scare them off!

I don't think they scoped mine. Mine is only visible under mutual friends, and the invite didn't come to my Facebook email address.
