They probably do the FB invitations by email, and FB recognizes that your account is associated with the email address. (Note that there's an "Invite by Email" link near the add user box.)
In any case, congrats to the acceptances today and over the weekend!

That makes so much more sense than what I said.LSATSCORES2012 wrote:They probably do the FB invitations by email, and FB recognizes that your account is associated with the email address. (Note that there's an "Invite by Email" link near the add user box.)

FYI: Facebook group grew to 192 today. I would say that they've admitted 187 students to get a rough (but conservative) estimate on how admits are rolling in.Cicero76 wrote:That makes so much more sense than what I said.LSATSCORES2012 wrote:They probably do the FB invitations by email, and FB recognizes that your account is associated with the email address. Me too! Is anyone okay with losing their TLS anonymity and outing themselves? Carbon already did this a while ago...anela00 wrote:Congrats guys!! I have to admit, I'm totally trying to figure out who you all are on Facebook.

4 admins and 2 current students in that group. 186 if you're super conservative, but I recall at least 4 deferred students outing themselves as such in various posts, so if you want to be super optimistic, assume all deferred students are in there and throw in ~20:edamame wrote:

230-166=64 (roughly) spots still open. getting close...

I'd forgotten they'll go up to 230. Not sure I should thank you for this sliver of hope, but thanks for sharing all the info, Pacifica:)pacifica wrote:4 admins and 2 current students in that group. 186 if you're super conservative, but I recall at least 4 deferred students outing themselves as such in various posts, so if you want to be super optimistic, assume all deferred students are in there and throw in ~20:edamame wrote:

There's also got to be another somewhat significant wave of acceptances coming up (given the Facebook numbers), so I wonder how close they'll cut it to the admit days... (which I understand are next week?).az21833 wrote:nah , its not happening today. i just hope its tomorrow. too old for this
