Guys, I'm so excited about this! BC is a great school and I can't wait to go to Foxwoods on the weekends so I can pay my loans back before graduation!

I'm sure I could answer this myself with a little research (I'm lazy), but at this stage, is it safe to assume that merit award offers come with admission letters?

Not necessarily. I'd email them. I got mine a week or two later (figures on profile).

I was assured I would have a decision by Friday, since I had to commit Monday. OH WELLLLLLLLLLLL they wouldn't have given me money anyway.

Last Friday. I told them last Wednesday that I had a deadline and they were like "Oh, no biggie, we'll get back to you by Friday."

No offense, and we all have impending deadlines here, but it's really a bit narcissistic to get annoyed at the BC admissions office right now. They probably missed your Friday deadline, were intending to complete things on Monday, and got distracted...

You're right. Don't confuse panic over a deadline with narcissism though. But regarding the deadline, I'm sure that's the case.

Today's the anniversary of when I copped a scholly and decided to attend BC Law. That and the fact that it was my dear folks' wedding anniversary + 420 day made it absolutely perfect.
