Any recommendations for things to do in Boston? I'm flying up early for ASD and I have all day Thursday.

Anyone have any luck negotiating for more money? How soon did they get back to you?

Faneuil Hall, Boston Common/Freedom Trail, Duck Tours, Museum of Science, Prudential Building --- all great touristy stuff.

For more fun stuff, check out some of the cool neighborhoods on the Red Line like Davis Square, Harvard Square, Central Square, and Porter Sqaure. Get some food in Southie.

And definitely take a tour of Fenway Park. It's like $15 and it's magical.

Definitely take some time in the neighborhoods around the law school - Allston and Brookline.

Italian food in the North End is worth the trip. So is Basta Pasta right across the river in Cambridge.

+1 on the Fenway tour, it's excellent.

Just received my 4th post-complete status update... should I be expecting a decision pretty soon or what?

166/3.70 admitted at the end of January, still no word of scholarship and it's getting close to deadlines. Might have to send out a "negotiation" email based on zero initial offer if I don't hear anything over the weekend

:? :? :?

Did anyone receive scholarship info along with acceptance info in the mail, or is it all via email?

I got a small offer in the mail with my acceptance. I believe others have gotten offers via email.

I'm a current 1L at BU and thought I'd check out this thread after seeing some of you at preview day today. Please feel free to message me with any questions!

Hope to see some of you at Mosaic Weekend tomorrow!

So, I am still waiting on word from BC, but got a Scholly offer from BU. Is TCR to wait until I hear from BC before I ask for more $?

Got my acceptance packet today but no mention of scholarship money. Does that mean I'm gonna have to ask for it? I do have significant offers from vandy (80k) ucla (90k) and cardozo (full ride) to negotiate with, but I did think I was gonna here something from them first. Above 75th% LSAT below 50th% gpa.

hey guys,
I haven't really been following the thread too intently so sorry if what I am asking is common knowledge, but I noticed that my status date has updated the last 2 Mondays. how many of post-complete status date changes are customary for BU before a decision?

So do we just wait for them to contact us about scholarships and financial aid, or should we contact them first?

You got wait-listed with a 169? Geez. BU is cold.
