But JEEZ BU I'm kinda insulted. You're admitting 155s and waitlist me with 169? I dont get it.
But Congrats to you!

Re: BU 2012-2013 Applicants
Just got an email from BU basically asking for a brief LOCI (I'm still under review). I responded by withdrawing as I already know where I'll be in the fall.

Just missed a call from BU and they didn't leave a message (haven't heard from them since application went complete)? Do I call back or what?

Got an automated message asking me to type in my party's extension. Ugh. I'll see if I get an email or another call in the next hour or two then call the admissions office.maxmartin wrote: it won't hurt to call back.

Cautious congratulations?
I hope it's good news. My only other call thus far was good news. My BU status checker doesn't reveal anything.
EDIT: I'm in!

I submitted my second letter on Thursday and haven't even gotten a confirmation yet. You?b123 wrote:How long did it take you guys to get a response from a renegotiation email?
Edit: They just shot me down, but offered to review my request again after deposit deadlines. Anyone think it's worth double depositing in this case?

This just happened to me. I'm not entirely sure, to be honest.ks2499 wrote:I submitted my second letter on Thursday and haven't even gotten a confirmation yet. You?b123 wrote:How long did it take you guys to get a response from a renegotiation email?

Re: BU 2012-2013 Applicants
I got a similar response last week about raising scholarship $$. Is it wishful thinking to double deposit in the hope that BU would increase scholarship $$? Right now I have 15k from BU and 18k from BC.

Anyone have any advice on where people that go to BU normally live? Trying to look at apartments.

If you're looking to practice in Boston, you should go to BC over BU. Hands down.ace3913 wrote:I got a similar response last week about raising scholarship $$. Is it wishful thinking to double deposit in the hope that BU would increase scholarship $$? Right now I have 15k from BU and 18k from BC.
I should add that BU explicitly said they don't match. I bet you could get a few more $$$ out of BC though.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
