Sorry to hear that :( They're sure in the office late

I'm not so sure we should be sorry about DLS any more. If there's no more acceptances, those of us without DLS are just Terri Schiavo.

You're right, I doubt any of us are getting in at this point. The DLS folks are just getting their news sooner.

I'm still holding out hope though... though it's quickly fading.

Yea. Sad as it seems, I think everyone is DLS at this point barring one or two outlying calls. So the sooner you get your DLS, the quicker you can find out whether its WL or ding. Consider it an opportunity.

Late to the party, but still hanging on here too. Too many of us to feel good about it

There is literally not one single person who is above both medians (170; 3.86) rejected on Stanford's LSN. It seems they are just having an abundance of caution about their medians.

PSA: I was "file complete" and then checked my mail today and got a WL. My status checker does NOT indicate that a letter was sent.

Yeah, I saw that, too. So frustrating.

That median GPA is a bitch.

A perfect way for today's lsat preptest to go: acceptance interruption from SLS.

Checker is down for everywhere I think, not just Stanford. Just a head's up.

I had friends over last night and haven't checked my status since 3pm yesterday, so I might be still alive... we'll see when the status checker gets back up.

I expect it won't be long before I trailblaze this new demographic of SLS rejects above both medians. I hope so, anyways; at this point I think I would prefer an outright rejection over what would be my sixth wait list offer...

Just got the WL letter today after DLS on Wednesday. I remember someone asking a few pages back about what size envelope a WL comes in -- it is indeed regular letter size, but it's a bit thicker than normal because it's three pages long. I know that it may seem silly to note the envelope's thickness, but I for one was less scared to open it after noticing that there were definitely a few pages in there.

Good luck to all still waiting -- I hope there's still a few acceptances sitting out there for some of you!

I'll be riding this one out, and was thinking about sending along another LOCI with my snail mail WL reply form. I'm going to LOCI either way, but any thought as to whether or not this is a mistake and that I should email it instead?

Edit: I think someone may have mentioned something along these lines before, but if not, this is a direct quote from the WL letter:

At this point in the process, we have stopped admitting any more applicants for the present, and we have sent out a large number of denial letters to those whom we will not be accepting.
