end October applicant.
Status checker just says complete, though, and submitted for review.
So, if DLS=ding, then no movement = waitlist?

Too early to say. A lot of early applicants (myself included) have been sitting at "submitted for review" for a long time now. Dings haven't gone out yet. Waitlists last year didn't come out until end of April.shakespeare wrote:end October applicant.

Agreed. I honestly wouldn't rely too much on the status checker - i was accepted several hours ago and there's been no change whatsoever. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like they're accepting a very small batch of applicants every 1 to 2 weeks so no movement could just as well be a good sign.helix23 wrote:Too early to say. yea -- my status checker hasn't worked at all since right after I submitted. i'm not getting in to SLS, but... one of my friends from college just got the call (in to stanford) late last week, her status checker never worked after first week, never changed through the status check app after admission either. unfortunately she's not a tls'er so no data point (stats around 3.9+, 171 for reference).actium31 wrote:Agreed. In as of this afternoon!!!
I was teaching when I heard my phone ringing with a 650 area code, so I said "Kids, I think I just got into Stanford ... differential equations are going to have to wait a minute." My students all cheered while I was on the phone, then tried to use my subsequent good mood to get out of homework. No luck for them.
Stats/submit date in LSN.
FWIW, like someone else said earlier, I also noticed my email change from all caps to all lowercase. This happened on Friday, and I have never wanted a weekend to go by so fast. But, it was also the reason why I left my ringer on today, and I'm so glad I did.

On the email thing, I think mine has been lowercase all this time, so I doubt that applies to me.

I haven't been able to log into mine for weeks. It doesn't recognize the userID SLS gave me. When I called SLS they said it was LSAC's doing and there's nothing they could do. uuurrrgh.gingerbreadsmouse wrote:My status checker will not let me log in =X

(a) Use the link from the email they sent it
(b) Use http://www.lsstatuscheck.com to auto-notify you

good - I'm glad. And for some reason the aggregated status checker works, but I was on a different device & the website itself wouldn't work..BigZuck wrote:I loledgingerbreadsmouse wrote:My status checker will not let me log in =X
