Nope: "If the March date is inconvenient, we have two options. We are designating two additional dates for Optional Mini Visits (OMVs)—Friday, April 5 and Friday, April 12. OMVs consist of a half-day program designed to introduce you to the Law School community. You are eligible to receive this scholarship from March 21 through April 12, 2013. All scholarship offers must be redeemed during your visit."
Also I don't think UT is too keen on negotiating period this cycle.
Why do you say that?

All I have seen is people getting shot down, haven't seen anyone have success negotiating even with superior offers.

No humble brag, earlier this week I requested that a stipend be added to my Chancellor's scholarship because without it, Texas is just being edged out by my other offers. The finaid office responded the next day with a request that I submit PDFs of my competing offers. So I wouldn't call it success, but certainly a more positive response than I was expecting based on their stalwart approach toward negotiating scholarships thus far. I'll update if I have any actual success.

Humble braggart

Seriously though, dibs on the Chancellors when you inevitably withdraw.

This happened to me. I suppose I could try again (though they say you can only ask once) since I have gotten additional higher offers from higher-ranked schools since my initial request, and was also a finalist for their PI scholarship (didn't get it). I'm not optimistic they'd reconsider, though. Need to put a bit more thought into it before I consider withdrawing, but I'm having trouble imagining that UT will be willing to come close to some other options I have in front of me. Le sigh/oh well.

No more money on my scholarship increase request. Oh well their initial offer they gave me is very good. I know they said they only negotiate once, but I may try again (very politely of course).

Does UT currently have an admitted students portal or anything? I haven't received any emails concerning it and wanted to check if any COA info was up yet.

Update on scholarship negotiation: found out that I got an additional 5k/year. It's not much but it's better than nothing! I think it's probably 90% that I'll be attending in the fall.

That's a popular spot, so I guess you can count me in as well.

5k/yr more would be huge for me. I'm surprised and happy to hear they are negotiating with some people

Deferral approved. Will start in fall 2014.

Sorry I won't be joining y'all this fall. But at least it's final and I can mark "Austin" on my calendar for next year!
