If you're CA or bust and don't have Texas ties I think I would choose a different school. If you can get into UT you should have a good shot at UCLA and definitely USC.curious66 wrote:How do UT law students place outside of Texas? Like in CA? I know they place very well inside Texas.

Just got off the phone with Dean Ingram! Admitted after being held from ED. I upped my score from a 164/4.07 to a 168/4.07. Very excited! Non-resident

I think I have a serious shot at UMich so if I was paying sticker at both I'd rather go to UMich. I think I do have a good chance at $ and Dean Ingram said my scholarship info should come in 2 weeks.

Non-Resident? I would say yes depending on where u want to work. If ur a resident or wanting to practice in Texas, no.Mr.Binks wrote:Ah, fair enough. Grats guys!
I don't think so, unfortunately. You should get your offer in the mail in ~10-14 days.I, Lawyer wrote:I got the call a few minutes ago. Is there anyway to check scholarship info online?

Got the call today, accepted! After being rejected twice from UT UG, this was a pretty cathartic moment.
Scholarship information should be here within 1-2 weeks. Admissions packet by tomorrow possibly. (Texas resident)
